Middleberg Public School

We are now enrolling students for PreK for the 2024-25 school year.  Enrollment forms and all required documentation can be turned into the school office.  PreK enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.  Students must be 4 years of age on or before September 1st, 2024 to enroll in PreK.    Parents must provide a completed enrollment packet, copy of birth certificate, immunization record and proof of Middleberg school district residence.   Enrollment packet can be found here.
